Pork slices with cumin and coriander
500g pork slices
1 onion
Garlic and ginger
400g tin peach slices
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground coriander
2 Tbsp soy sauce
Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
Place onions, garlic and ginger in an oven-proof dish.
Cover with the pork slices.
Sprinkle with the cumin, coriander and soy sauce.
Spread over the peaches and juice.
Bake for 1 hour or until slices are tender.
